• You call customer service within 14 days after delivery.

• The item is still in EXCELLENT condition, and in their packaging box.

• All clothing items must carry their tags, seals, and all accessories intact.

• Upon receipt of this item(s), we will conduct a proper quality check to confirm the validity of the return.

• If Valid, we can EXCHANGE, credit your account with a STORE VOUCHER OR ssue you a CASH REFUND WITHIN 72HRS.
